BEANS:

I like green long beans a lot. But whenever I eat my belly and stomach gets hard. There becomes gas in my stomach for one day. Please tell me any way to control it. (RANA AZHAR)

Lady Rana! I also love green long beans. The hard seeds are taken out by cutting the soft green beans, they are cooked in meat. There are many kinds of beans. White beans are cooked. Kidney beans are also liked very much. You are amazed to read that these green long beans contain more calories than goat meat. These long green beans containing vitamin A, B, C play a vital role in maintaining health. The old physicians knew its utility, therefore they advised to eat saag of green long beans in kidney pain. The stones are excreted through it. The skin gets refresh by eating soup of these long green leaves. The fresh green beans are more effective while its seeds are very delicious when cooked. Whenever you cook beans’ seeds must add ginger in it. if you don’t have ginger then sprinkle powdered dry ginger on it. In beans salad must squeeze one aor two lemon. Likewise add ginger, lemon and spicery (garam masala) while making daal. Likewise add little ginger while cooking minced meat or meat with beans then after add green chili, mint and garam masala(spice blend). The taste will better with it and there will be no gas in stomach. Likewise add ginger while cooking red beans, and squeeze lemon while it has cooked. It will become tastier. 

BACKACHE AND WEAKNESS:

We do the work of milk, my husband is a milkman. I do the household chores, do milking, give food to animals, it is my work. My back aches badly, I am slim and smart, I have bones pain too every time. I want to become powerful. Tell me something for it. (JEEM,SHEEN’GUJRAT)

ADVICE: You have no problem of milk. Eat three bananas and drink one glass of milk daily. Cook the vegetable of fenugreek and eat. Fenugreek ends the backache. Do massage of the oil from thighs to the thumb of foot at night before sleeping. I think your health will be better by eating bananas and drinking milk daily. Cook well 5 to 6 dried dates in half kg milk at night twice a week, when the milk remain half then drink it and eat the dates. The dried date has the quality to end backache. 

SHOES WILL SHINE:

I polish my husband and children’s shoes but they don’t shine. Tell the tip that the shoes start to shine. The second thing is that tell about the cholesterol. Tell such tip that the cholesterol gets less through food. (NAZIA’LAHORE)

ADVICE: I don’t know how you polish the shoes; the shoes are of leather or of any other material and which polish you use. Use the good quality polish then rub the shoes with cloth then use the brush the shoes will shine. For cholesterol you will have to prevent grease. Prevent butter and use olive or sunflower or peanut oil while cooking. Take sweet lime in breakfast, cut two guavas, cut two carrots, and peel off one orange and two pieces of garlic and eat them in breakfast. You can change the fruits daily. There is no cholesterol in fruits and raw vegetables. Likewise in egg white there is no cholesterol. Don’t eat egg’s yolk. Don’t take meat containing fat, liver meat, creamed milk and siri paye. Eat vegetables in raw and cooked form. Must add turnip, headed cabbage, salad, onions, salad of green chili in daily food. Offer your prayers, especially Fajar prayer. Little exercise will make you strong. Cholesterol can be controlled by prevention. Also prevent cold drinks. 

HARM OF THREADING:

I have dry skin and unwanted hairs are on my face. My head hairs are frizzy and dead. Give advice for it. (Noshaba Yasmeen, Multan)

ADVICE: You have started threading. What can be done now, apply salt on your face; the hairs will not come early. Soft and less hairs are turned into thick hairs due to girls’ mistake and then you have to do threading. For hairs’ shine take yogurt, add aloe vera gel in it, take one and half spoon mustard oil and add in it, mix well and apply on hairs for half an hour. Shampoo your hair after half an hour, and then apply five to six drops of olive oil in the roots of wet hair. Your hair started shining. Do this process once in a week. The hair will remain soft. You can apply aloe Vera gel on your face; wash the face after half an hour and sleep by applying rose water. Add little bit of lemon juice and one spoon of olive oil in rose water, whenever you wash the face apply this mixture on your face, face dryness will end. Its winter season must eat oranges and sweet limes. Eat carrot and drink carrot juice, your skin will be good.
